What You'll Do:

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.

- Understand client objectives and translate them into impactful, on-brand marketing campaigns.

- Oversee the campaign execution process to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.

- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with creative strategies.

- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and results.

- Advocate for client needs while maintaining High Scale’s creative and operational standards.

- Stay updated on marketing trends to contribute innovative ideas for client campaigns.


Background & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing or creative industry.

- English Skill: Professional English Level

- Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.

- Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to address client needs and challenges.

- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects and timelines with top-notch organizational skills.
