Are you a hungry professional who is GREAT on the phone for a US customer? We’re a people centric Customer Service Rep (CSR) team seeking professionals who wants to grow with us. You won't have to be pushy- with a customer or prospect, BUT you will need to make phone calls to customers and prospects to offer products we know they already need. Our dynamic CSR team is on the lookout for a someone who’s ready to make a positive impact and earn what they deserve. No experience required. We only require a GOOD attitude, STRONG conversational skills for the US market and PATIENT even if it requires some repetitive tasks.
What You’ll Do:
1 - Reach out to prospective customers through the phone.
2 - You’ll be given a simple script to ensure they understand why you’re valuable to them.
3 - When they respond with interest, you’ll provide them the necessary information
4 - If they have questions, we'll train you with answers so you can help them
5 - You’ll work with us daily, in US pacific or eastern time zones.
6 - You’ll get paid both a BASE + COMMISSION based on your results.
What We’re Looking For:
A - High American English conversational skills: You want to sound like you live next door to a US customer.
B - Passion for customer satisfaction: You genuinely enjoy helping customers and have a natural knack for delivering exceptional service.
C - Passion for seeing customer buy products from you. (Sales experience not required)
D - Good work ethic: You understand that we cannot teach attitude and discipline. You love to show up on time and contribute to success.
E - Cool under pressure: Angry clients don’t faze you – you know it's not personal and you are focused on ensuring they get what they need.
Availability:
1 - You’re ready to roll Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM US Pacific Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone.
2 - Long-term commitment: You’re not just looking for a job – you’re eager to grow with us and make a make a lot of commission based on your efforts.
