JOB OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:
Marketing Coordinators are integral to the success of our multifamily real estate enterprise. This offshore remote role supports our on-site properties and Community Managers by developing and executing marketing strategies and materials to ensure alignment with Ashland Greene’s brand and goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional creativity, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively while working independently.

Community Marketing Support:

Collaborate with Community Managers to design and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, and promotional content, tailored to specific property needs.
Assist on-site teams in implementing local marketing campaigns to drive occupancy and resident retention.
Ensure all marketing materials align with Ashland Greene’s branding guidelines and messaging.

Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate marketing campaigns and events for on-site properties, including email, social media, and community outreach efforts.
Create and manage content for social media platforms to highlight property events, amenities, and community engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns and track their success.
Manage and update property-specific digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement with prospects and residents.
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights.

Collaboration and Training:
Provide virtual training and support to on-site teams to improve local marketing efforts.
Act as a resource for on-site staff regarding marketing best practices and tools.
Facilitate the sharing of successful marketing strategies and ideas across properties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and website management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively across different time zones.
Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to support remote work requirements.
