The Role: Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

What You’ll Do:

Engage: Call contractors and local service businesses, introducing them to Local Leadr and how we can transform their online presence.
Inspire: Showcase the benefits of a professional website tailored to their needs and business growth.
Qualify Leads: Ask thoughtful questions to determine if our services are the right fit for their business goals.
Set Appointments: Schedule meaningful meetings between interested contractors and our sales team.
Stay Organized: Keep detailed records of conversations and follow-ups using our CRM system.
Collaborate: Work closely with our team to refine outreach strategies and celebrate wins together.
Learn: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to make every conversation impactful.

What We’re Looking For:

Natural Connector: You love talking to people and building genuine relationships.
Sales Enthusiast: Previous experience in sales or a similar role, especially in B2B, is a big plus.
Confident Communicator: You can explain ideas clearly and handle objections with ease.
Self-Starter: You thrive in remote work settings and manage your time effectively.
Tech-Smart: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus.
