YOUR MISSION:
As our Data Analyst, you will lead the data analysis and administrative team, guiding the performance of multiple Amazon brands through meticulous data analysis, actionable insights, and team leadership. Your mission goes beyond crunching numbers: you’ll identify sales anomalies quickly, run AB tests to refine strategies, and provide clear recommendations that directly influence our company’s success. Your work will shape data-driven decision-making, ensure continuous improvement of sales and marketing efforts, and directly impact our bottom line. We expect transparency, leadership, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on—no sugarcoating.
THE ROLE
Are you a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader with a knack for transforming raw data into actionable strategies? If so, you’re the Data Analyst we’re seeking to join our growing team!
More specifically, in this role, you will be directly responsible for:
Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources—sales reports, advertising metrics, and customer feedback—to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Conducting AB tests to evaluate various strategies, providing evidence-backed recommendations for optimization.
Analyzing sales data to detect anomalies, identify trends, and uncover patterns that drive better marketing and sales decisions.
Leading and managing a data analysis and admin team, fostering collaboration, guiding professional development, and ensuring productivity.
Translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior management, enhancing informed decision-making at the highest levels.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To excel in this role, you need to have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Hands-on experience conducting AB testing and interpreting its results to optimize performance.
Proven experience leading and managing a team, setting clear goals, and inspiring continuous learning.
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with Amazon’s sales and advertising platforms (Seller Central, Amazon Advertising).
A deep understanding of e-commerce and online retail trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.

Fully remote & full-time role
Semi-flexible working hours - mandatory overlap with the team between 6 am - 11 am PST; you can distribute other hours as you wish
