As our Outbound Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach by connecting with potential clients and setting up listing appointments for Karlee. Your work will directly contribute to the team’s success by ensuring Karlee can focus on what she does best—helping clients navigate the process of selling their homes. Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Outbound Appointment Setter to drive our lead-generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for building rapport with prospective clients. You will be responsible for contacting leads, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments for Karlee to meet with potential sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective sellers from lead lists, focusing on building relationships and identifying opportunities for listing appointments.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
Scheduling Appointments: Schedule listing appointments for Karlee, ensuring her calendar is optimized for efficiency.
Lead Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Script Execution: Utilize provided scripts to guide conversations and adapt as needed to address client needs and objections.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends and the unique value proposition of The VanDyke Collective to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with Karlee and the team to ensure seamless handoffs and an excellent client experience.
Key Skills and Qualities:

Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional phone etiquette with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Resilient and Persistent: Comfortable handling objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, email, and other communication tools.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve results.
Adaptable: Quick to learn and apply feedback to improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
Familiarity with real estate CRMs and lead-generation tools.
A basic understanding of the home-selling process.
