Duties:
As a Real Estate Acquisition Manager, you will receive Cold, Warm, and Hot leads from cold callers. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Following up with leads, building rapport, and earning trust.
2. Analyzing deals, making offers, and sending contracts for signature.
3. Coordinating real estate transactions from offer to close, ensuring all parties meet deadlines and requirements.
The Ideal Candidate MUST Possess the Following:
1. Extensive knowledge in real estate with at least 2 years of Acquisition Manager experience.
2. A solid understanding of real estate transaction coordination, including managing contracts, timelines, and closing processes.
3. Proven ability to run comps and calculate ARV, MAO, and starting offers independently.
4. Self-motivation and drive to meet and exceed targets.
5. Proficiency in tools such as Podio, Propstream, CallRail, and Land ID.
6. Reliable and stable internet and phone service.
7. Strong people skills—a “people person” is a must.
8. Honesty, reliability, and integrity.
9. Proficiency in the English language (both verbal and written).
10. A fast and stable internet connection.
11. A noise-free work environment with quality headphones.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
