Through 1:1 coaching, a 12-week Accelerator programme, and his online community, MicDrop: The Public Speaking Community for Tomorrow's Thought Leaders, Alex helps clients elevate their personal and professional brands.

Alex and his wife Livvy, who runs the business alongside him, are looking for a Social Media Manager VA to join their team for 20 hours per week.
Your Role
1. Build Alex’s Personal Brand
2. Focus on LinkedIn to grow engagement, followers, and newsletter subscribers.
3. Create & Schedule Content
4. Work with Alex to plan content calendars 1-2 weeks ahead.
5. Turn ideas into engaging posts with detailed graphics (cheat sheets, infographics, single images).
6. Engage with the Audience
7. Spend 2 hours daily engaging with LinkedIn posts (9–10 AM and 12–1 PM BST).
8. Like, comment, and eventually reply on behalf of Alex.
9. Research Content Ideas
10. Find viral clips of leaders speaking on panels, podcasts, and keynotes for Alex to analyse.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Stable internet, electricity, and a suitable workspace.
- Proficiency with Canva, MidJourney, Notion, Google Docs, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and video editing tools (e.g., Vimeo).
- Availability to start immediately.

Pay & Perks
$350+/month for 20+ hours per week (3-month trial period).
Flexible hours—just be online 9–10 AM and 12–1 PM GMT daily.
