Now, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Agent to join our team and help turn these leads into booked appointments.
Role Overview:

The In-House Sales Agent will handle inbound leads, nurture relationships, and guide potential customers through the appointment-setting process. Your goal is to effectively communicate our value, book appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up promptly with inbound leads via phone, email, and text.
Understand and present our services to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.

Build rapport and trust with prospects by understanding their needs.

Maintain a detailed and organized CRM record of all interactions and progress with leads.

GoHigh Level experience is a bonus (will train the right candidate)

Meet or exceed monthly goals and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends.

Stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in [construction/real estate] is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Upstanding English

Ability to quickly learn and articulate product/service benefits.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to grow within the company.
