We are looking for a results-driven Disposition Manager to manage our property inventory and oversee the sales process from contract to closing.
Position Overview
The Disposition Manager is responsible for marketing, negotiating, and selling investment properties to our network of cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals. This role requires strong communication, sales, and organizational skills, as well as a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Marketing & Promotion

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing cash buyers and investors.
• Continuously grow the company’s buyer list through lead generation and networking.
• Respond to buyer inquiries, schedule property showings, and provide timely follow-ups.
3. Sales & Negotiation
• Negotiate purchase terms, offers, and sale prices with buyers to maximize company profit.
• Set clear deadlines for offers and facilitate bidding wars to increase demand.
• Ensure transparency and clear communication with buyers regarding property condition, title status, and closing timelines.
4. Transaction Management
• Work with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
• Monitor the status of contracts, deposits, and closing dates to avoid delays.
• Handle the assignment process, ensuring contracts are legally binding and compliant.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of property details, buyer communications, and sales activities.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on active deals, closings, and potential issues.
6. Team Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate with the Acquisition Team to understand property details and selling points.

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Disposition Manager, Sales Representative, or Real Estate Agent.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Google Suite, and marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of real estate wholesaling, contracts, and assignment process is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
