Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our growing business, which specializes in niche consumer goods. This hybrid role requires expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating inventory and supplier relations, and contributing to creative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Etsy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and anticipate restocking needs by analyzing sales trends.
Communicate with suppliers to manage order fulfillment and troubleshoot any delays.
Write and edit SEO-optimized product descriptions that convert visitors into buyers.
Assist with social media content creation, including campaign ideation and scheduling.
Analyze e-commerce data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of improving sales.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Canva, Google Sheets, and keyword research tools.
Ability to work independently and think critically to solve complex challenges.
Exceptional written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with marketing strategies and customer engagement is a bonus.
