Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the spa’s online booking system, ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone,
Handle inquiries about services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Assist with client follow-ups, including appointment reminders and post-treatment check-ins.
Update client records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate with on-site staff to streamline daily operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with vendor communications as needed.
Help with social media management and occasional marketing tasks.
