JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

- engage in text-based conversations with clients in a professional and personal manner
- respond to messages quickly in a timely and individualised manner while maintaining a high level of engagement
- Understand client preferences and tailor conversations to meet their expectations
- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- keep track with ongoing conversations and follow up with clients if necessary
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall client satisfaction

Qualifications needed:

- strong communication skills, particularly in written form
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong understanding of empathy and emotional intelligence
- Experience in customer service (not needed but beneficial)
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong english skills
- understanding of American culture
