Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for US-based businesses, construction-related experience highly preferred.
• With solid SEO and Analytics background
• Proficiency in photography, videography, photo and video editing, and graphic design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Scope of Work:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive and brand aligned social media strategy across various platforms (IG, FB, YT, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Pinterest).
• Create and publish engaging content daily to foster community engagement and drive action.
• Optimize company pages on social platforms to increase visibility and reach.
• Moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules for consistent content delivery.
• Analyze social metrics, analytics to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage reputation and coordinate marketing actions.
• Monitor and regularly report on social media presence and website traffic.
• Adapt marketing strategies based on online data and market research insights.
• Independently integrate SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
• Should be able to create graphic design for print resources - both graphics and basic video
• Should have strong communication and work ethic
