JOB OVERVIEW

We are a results-driven company seeking a talented Facebook and Google Ads Manager to help us create and optimize ad campaigns that drive meaningful leads and conversions. If you’re a data-savvy, design-focused expert in publishing ads that capture attention and generate results, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
-you Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads with precision targeting and optimized budgets ($1,500/month for each platform).
-Create engaging ad designs with a strong psychological sales focus to maximize attention and drive positive responses.
-Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and lead generation performance.
-Collaborate on improving landing pages with insights on best practices and psychology for conversions (major plus).
-Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to track and analyze performance.
-Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in successfully managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
-A strong portfolio showcasing previous ad designs, campaigns, and their results (including conversions and ROI).
-Expertise in targeting strategies, budgeting, and audience segmentation.
-Knowledge of landing page optimization strategies and best practices.
-Technical skills for setting up and managing Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and time management skills.

Budget:
-$3,000/month advertising budget split evenly between Facebook and Google Ads ($1,500 each).
-Competitive compensation based on experience and results delivered.
