About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Storyboard Artist who can also take on the role of Art Director, with expertise in developing cohesive and compelling color palettes. You will be responsible for visualizing scripts through storyboards while guiding the overall artistic vision of the project. Your ability to craft dynamic compositions, establish visual continuity, and create a mood through color will be key to our storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed, dynamic storyboards that align with the script and director’s vision.
• Develop a cohesive art style and establish a visual language for the project.
• Design and refine color palettes that convey mood, tone, and storytelling themes.
• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and other artists to ensure a unified creative vision.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to the art team to maintain consistency.
• Revise storyboards based on feedback while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a storyboard artist and/or art director.
• Strong understanding of composition, perspective, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in color theory and creating impactful color palettes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Storyboard Pro, or equivalents).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing both storyboards and art direction projects.

2. Environment/Background Designer

Location: Remote or Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract or Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative Environment/Background Designer to bring immersive and vibrant settings to life. Your designs will play a key role in grounding the story, enhancing the atmosphere, and supporting character interactions. This role requires a strong eye for detail, perspective, and the ability to create worlds that feel dynamic and alive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create detailed, imaginative environments and backgrounds that align with the story and visual style.
• Collaborate with the art director to ensure the environments support the narrative and mood.
• Develop a variety of settings, from lush outdoor landscapes to intricate indoor scenes.
• Integrate color, lighting, and texture to create depth and atmosphere.
• Revise designs based on feedback and maintain deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in environment or background design.
• Strong understanding of perspective, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents).
• Ability to adapt to different art styles and project requirements.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of environments and backgrounds.



Note: This is a starting salary and will go up as metrics are hit. Jumps to 1500$ after goals are hit.
