As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert who thrives on building efficient systems, loves tackling challenges, and is excited to play a key role in scaling a thriving agency.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a GoHighLevel Expert who can bring creativity, resourcefulness, and technical expertise to the table. This role is all about building and refining GHL workflows, automations, and client systems that enhance efficiency, drive client success, and free up our leadership team to focus on growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Workflow & Automation Management
Design, test, and optimize workflows for lead nurturing, pre- and post-event communication, appointment reminders, and long-term nurturing.
Ensure leads transition seamlessly through pipelines (e.g., Pre-Event ? Post-Event workflows).
2. Pipeline & CRM Optimization
Build and manage pipelines, tags, and opportunity stages to track leads accurately and efficiently.
Develop systems to improve lead tracking, reporting, and overall CRM usability.

Troubleshoot
4. Internal Notifications
Create actionable internal notifications to prompt timely follow-ups by tea
5. System Updates & Integrations
Stay ahead of new GHL features and tools, implementing updates to improve workflows.
Integrate GHL with third-party tools like Zapier, Twilio, and SendGrid to enhance functionality.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
Proven expertise in GoHighLevel, with a track record of building and optimizing workflows, automations, and pipelines.
Strong understanding of CRM setup, lead nurturing best practices, and pipeline management.
Familiarity with third-party integrations, including Zapier, Twilio, and
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
The ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality results.
