JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support a busy college professor, homeowner, business owner, and single father based in the U.S. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks across different domains, ensuring that personal, academic, and business responsibilities are handled smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for both academic and business-related activities.
Communication: Handle email correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails, managing inboxes, and ensuring timely communication with business clients, and personal contacts.
Task Management: Assist with prioritizing tasks, managing to-do lists, and ensuring deadlines are met across various projects.
Research and Documentation: Conduct research for academic projects, business ventures, or personal needs. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Personal Assistance: Help with scheduling appointments, managing personal finances, and coordinating activities for the household.
Business Operations: Provide support with managing business operations, such as customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and social media management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with academic environments and business operations is a plus.
