At our Digital Media Agency, your primary duty will be to engage with our clientele via text and emails. We are in search of candidates with strong English proficiency and an aptitude to connect effectively. Your main responsibilities will be to manage chats and ensure top-notch client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Emotional intelligence: A must-have
- Mastery over English writing
- Thorough understanding of English grammar
- Knowledge in sales psychology
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Timely, reliable, and trustworthy
- This is a full-time role, demanding 5 to 6 days of work each week. You are not allowed to have another job beside it.
