Customer Service Representative / Product Listing

We are looking for a remote Customer Service and Product Listing Specialist to join our e-commerce clothing store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via email, managing returns and refunds, processing customer inquiries, and assisting with product research and data entry. Most customer inquiries will be in Dutch, so you must be adept at using AI translation tools to provide accurate and professional responses. This is an email-only support role—no phone calls required.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
• Process returns, refunds, and customer requests according to company policies.
• Conduct product research to ensure accurate descriptions and details.
• Upload and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.

This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
