We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our founder with daily tasks, project management, and the smooth operation of our brand and media agency. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle correspondence,
* Assist with project management and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate with clients, collaborators, and tea
* Conduct research and prepare briefs as required.
* Review and organize incoming
* Maintain and manage the SVP’s schedule, including tracking meetings, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of reports, documents, and other materials.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
HR Recruiting Support Duties:
* Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Support the recruitment process by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
* Help manage applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate data is up-to-date.
* Conduct initial phone screens or interviews with candidates, if needed.
Provide administrative support for onboarding and other HR-related tasks.
Must NOT currently have another job. This role requires full focus and commitment.
