We are seeking a Lead Generation Assistant to join our team remotely. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage and optimize lead generation processes. The ideal candidate will work effectively during the assigned schedule, contributing to the success of our team by identifying and nurturing potential leads.
Schedule:
Working Hours: 4:00 PM Manila Mon to Fri
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Research and identify potential leads across various platforms and channels.
Organize and manage lead information using Airtable, Instantly, and similar platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for creating, maintaining, and analyzing data with above-average proficiency.
Provide insights to refine lead generation strategies.
Domain &
Set up and manage domains and
Troubleshoot and ensure
Operational Support:
Manage workflows to maintain high task speed and accuracy.
Support lead generation processes, ensuring they are seamless and effective.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with platforms like Airtable, Instantly, and GoDaddy.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High task execution speed with a focus on accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in lead generation or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM systems or automation tools.
