About Us:
We are a fast-growing outbound sales agency that specializes in booking high-quality meetings for clients in the software and technology industry. We handle all aspects of the sales process, including data management, CRM setup, and software, so our clients can focus on closing deals.

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a talented and driven Remote Sales Representative to conduct cold calls and schedule meetings for our clients. You will work through HubSpot CRM and utilize cutting-edge voice-modulation technology to adapt your accent to match New Zealand/Australian clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for building relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to qualified leads provided by the data team.
Schedule meetings with high level executives.
Use HubSpot CRM to log call outcomes, manage pipelines, and maintain data accuracy.
Collaborate with the data and client success teams to ensure smooth operations.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and meeting targets.

Key Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in English is absolutely key.
Experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service preferred but if you have great English proficiency we are happy to train in sales so apply anyway.
A strong, confident phone presence is also key.
This is a sales role so being hungry and resilient are great characteristics to have!

Minor requirements:
Access to a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a high-quality headset.
Familiarity with the New Zealand or Australian market.
