SEO VA Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help us optimize and enhance our website’s performance. The ideal candidate is an SEO expert with hands-on experience in improving website speed, implementing technical SEO strategies, and increasing organic traffic. If you're passionate about digital marketing and skilled in diagnosing and resolving SEO challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve performance issues (e.g., speed, usability, and content optimization).
Optimize web pages to improve page speed and overall user experience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are met.
Monitor website performance, track KPIs, and create actionable reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience optimizing websites for SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google PageSpeed Insights and related tools.
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues (e.g., minimize main-thread work, reduce unused JavaScript).
Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English to non-technical team members.
Experience working with website builders like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Hands-on experience with website development and customization.
Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
