Type: Fractional, Remote (opportunity to become full time)
Hourly Rate: $7–$11/hour + Performance Bonuses
Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

Your Impact:
- Design and optimize CRM systems in Go High Level (GHL) that scale client operations
- Create robust SOPs for technical implementations, including email deliverability optimization and A2P compliance
- Develop automated workflows in Zapier and Make that eliminate manual tasks
- Implement and manage dedicated IP setups for optimal email performance
- Build data pipelines using APIs and webhooks for seamless Google Sheets integration
- Create cross-platform integrations with Monday, Slack, Gmail, GSuite, Sheets, Docs, and Calendly
- Develop performance dashboards that drive data-informed decisions
- Look for areas to improve efficiency or solve more problems in the business

Your Collaboration Network:
- Work directly with our CEO on implementing scalable technical solutions
- Partner with Account Managers and Media Buyers to optimize campaign performance through automation

Your Expertise:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with GHL, Zapier, and Make (agency experience is a plus)
- Technical proficiency in email deliverability, A2P compliance, and IP management
- Technical proficiency in AI
- Strong background in APIs, webhooks, and cross-platform integrations
- Proven mastery of Monday, Slack, Google Suite, and Calendly
- Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Strong English communication skills for team collaboration
