Marketing and admin - Can you do BOTH?

We need an admin person to help us with our inbox .. and get our clients in our CRM system but also a person who have flair for social media etc- You could also help us with our power point presentations and maybe you could run our FB and make it better ? The admin part can be boring.. so maybe 1 hour a day but the rest could be more creative. It is the first time we are going to work with a person so far away. You need to be fluent in English and have flair for coordination and help us coordinate our projects - We are a high end brand and if you also knew Spanish it could be good but not necessary.
