Call Evaluator

Role Overview: Call Evaluator VA
A typical day involves classifying inbound calls in the Service Titan software.

The VA will:
?Listen to inbound calls and classify them accurately according to company rules.
?Use time-monitoring software to clock in and maintain productivity.
?Ensure abandoned calls are properly classified.
?Perform additional tasks like extracting reports, pulling up job tickets, or invoices.
Training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.

The VA will primarily use Service Titan to:
?Look up customer information.
?Review notes from field personnel.
?Search for and manage calls.
Fluency in Service Titan will be essential for success in this role so we need someone who can learn a new system well.
We are looking to hire 1 Filipino VA to start part-time immediately, working in the EST time zone.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TRAITS:
?Previous customer service, particularly call center-based, preferred, but we will be happy to train the right candidate – we hire for personality over experience.
?Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
?Proficient in computer applications; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required
?Dependable and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
?Superior attention to detail, organized, eager to work, coachable, and motivated.
