Your day-to-day in this role will have you:
Supporting the team with Administrative tasks:
- Manage and oversee the directors’
- Organise and upload all final marketing materials in Google Drive, maintaining structure and accessibility.
- Document and refine internal systems and processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Assist with new software implementation and integration into the current tech stack.
Championing our Project Management & Business Operation:
- Open new jobs in ClickUp (project management software) and oversee deadlines and project statuses.
- Support the project managers by lining up work in ClickUp and ensuring the team has the necessary information and assets.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or delays.
- Ensure all assets and resources are organised and accessible for the team.
Completing a broad range of marketing coordination tasks:
- Post and schedule company social media and blog content, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand strategy.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by ensuring all documentation and assets are set up in the correct systems.
- Create strategic marketing documents, such as onboarding guides, with input from the wider team.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis for paid ad clients, providing insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Support creative research for marketing assets, including sourcing ideas and inspiration.
- Quality-check creative work before passing it to project managers for final approval.
- Monitor client marketing campaign performance via dashboard tools, ensuring results are on track and identifying potential issues.
- Compile and create monthly reports for marketing clients in collaboration with the team, providing detailed insights and performance summaries.
