IT Helpdesk Specialist
Location: Hybrid Work (San Rafael, San Pablo, Laguna, Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time _ Hybrid Work

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a knack for troubleshooting and system integration? Chowbistro is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to manage and optimize our POS systems and provide technical support to ensure seamless restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
POS Management: Set up, configure, and integrate POS systems for smooth daily operations.
System Integration: Ensure all hardware and software, including POS, kitchen display systems (KDS), and payment systems, are fully integrated and operational.
Technical Support: Provide both on-site and remote IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintenance: Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues related to POS, network connectivity, and related technologies.
Training: Train restaurant staff on the use of POS systems and other IT tools.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in POS setup, configuration, and integration is a MUST.
F&B Experience: Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, and system integrations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and vendors effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
