Are you a Digital Marketing Leader passionate about driving sales and executing high-impact campaigns in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry? Chowbistro, a Vietnamese Seafood Restaurant in San Rafael, San Pablo, Laguna, is looking for YOU to lead our digital marketing team!

Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead a Digital Team: Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team to handle all digital marketing tasks.
Strategize and Execute Campaigns: Develop and run compelling ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost sales and brand visibility.
Collaborate with Influencers: Cultivate relationships with key F&B influencers to amplify marketing efforts.
Plan and Analyze: Create and manage campaign strategies, budgets, and performance metrics.
Content Creation & Innovation: Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with the brand voice.

Qualifications
Experience in the F&B Industry: At least 2 years of experience in the food & beverage sector is a big plus.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns that deliver results.
Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok marketing, and other digital platforms.
Team Management Skills: Strong ability to lead, delegate, and foster a productive team environment.
Strategic Mindset: Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills with an ROI-focused approach.
F&B Influencer Network: Existing relationships with F&B influencers are an advantage.
