We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant specializing in using the GoHighLevel CRM to join our growing Airbnb property management company. This role involves managing and optimizing the GoHighLevel CRM platform to enhance lead generation. Searching for experience in Cold Text,
Job will start out at 20 hours a week, and transition to 40 hours when deemed necessary to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, update, and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM platform to align with company goals.
- Build and manage automated workflows, pipelines, and campaigns for lead nurturing and guest communication.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics within the CRM for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or CRM Specialist, preferably with GoHighLevel.
- Familiarity with Airbnb property management processes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.
