Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, with a solid track record in leading kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and managing kitchen teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality in food preparation.
Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize wastage.
Assist in menu planning and contribute to recipe development.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to optimize operations and achieve KPIs.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry (preferably in seafood or Vietnamese cuisine).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
Located near San Rafael, San Pablo, Laguna, or willing to commute reliably.
