About Us: Lumina is a growing company in the short-term rental industry, and we’re looking for a loyal, dedicated, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As we continue to expand, we want to offer a clear path for growth, where our VA can progress to a leadership role. Job Description: As a Virtual Assistant at Lumina, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, helping us manage guest communications, property listings, and various day-to-day tasks. You’ll also help monitor various platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO, while assisting with claims, reviews, and other essential operations.

We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, communicate well with the team, and is eager to take on more responsibility. You will work Monday through Saturday, 9am EST to 5pm EST, with Sundays off. We want someone who is reliable and looking to grow within the company!

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Communication: Respond to any unanswered messages or questions that come in via Airbnb/VRBO platforms.
Booking Requests: Pre-approve or decline booking requests (21+, identity verified, at least one 5-star review).
Review Management: Respond to all new reviews and follow up with past guests who haven’t left a review (only one follow-up per guest).
Cleaning Schedule: Create and send the cleaning schedule via WhatsApp to the team.
Damage Claims: Monitor WhatsApp group for damage claims, make claims via Airbnb/VRBO, and check claims page for updates.
Monitoring: Keep an eye on the Ring Camera App for extra guests, pets, or unwanted activity. Ensure devices are charged above 30%.
App Usage: Monitor Minut Detector for activity and ensure it’s charged above 30%.
Daily Updates: Provide a daily report of completed tasks and ask for feedback on improvements.
Weekly Zoom Call: Participate in a weekly check-in call to discuss progress, questions, and updates.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience working for Airbnb is required.
Familiarity with VRBO and WhatsApp is needed.
Customer service experience is essential, especially in a similar role.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
Fluent English is required.
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
Compensation & Growth:

Starting Salary: $400/month.
