JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Airbnb Property Management Company based in the USA seeking someone to join our growing company. We are looking to hire multiple organized VAs to assist with the rapid growth process regarding Guest Communications and Vendor Management. DO NOT APPLY if you do not have previous experience with a 25+ unit company in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, handle bookings, and manage guest communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Reservation Management: Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Assist with property listings, calendar management, and other administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Vendor Management: Organizing cleaning services and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Airbnb, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info, and other booking platforms
- Proficiency with Hospitable, HostBuddy Ai, PriceLabs, Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, WhatsApp, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

We are planning on hiring someone Part-Time first, then promoting them to Full-Time later.
