Job Overview:
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers who align with our brand. You will manage influencer outreach, oversee campaign deliverables, and track performance to drive impactful collaborations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience and a strong understanding of influencer marketing.
Job Description:
• Identify Influencers: Research and create a list of 30–50 influencers each week who align with our brand and niche, following our established influencer criteria
• Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact with influencers via
• Campaign Management: Oversee collaborations by tracking influencer deliverables, verifying that posts meet campaign requirements, and building long-term relationships with influencers
• Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer content performance, and provide feedback to refine our influencer marketing strategies
• Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with broader social media, brand, and promotional objectives
Requirements:
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role. Experience with influencer management tools is a plus
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and collaborators
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and an understanding of their audiences and content styles
• Analytical Mindset: Experience in tracking campaign performance metrics, analysing influencer, and reporting insights to the team
• Creativity: A keen eye for content quality and creativity to identify influencers who align with the brand’s tone and aesthetic
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and influencer management platforms
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing communication, contracts, and content deliverables.
• Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Salary: USD400 to USD600/month
