Cold Caller/Lead Generation - Real Estate

Cold Calling and lead generation position for prospecting to find motivated sellers in Real Estate markets. Candidates must have a professional, self-motivated attitude, be results oriented, and must be able to work independently as well as in a “team setting”. Strong sales skills are a must.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Meeting monthly quotas and goals
- Source, work and close prospective clients –this will include cold calling and texting
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive applications, Email, social media platforms.
- Track and report activity/numbers/score on daily/weekly basis

The right candidate will possess:
- 2 or more years of experience with cold calling, using a Dialer
- Must have CRM Experience.. ReiSift Experience Preferred
- A highly professional appearance and attitude
- Starts and ends shift on time.
- Responds to hiring manager within timely manner
- A competitive, “winning” spirit
- The desire to be accountable
- A caring and empathetic personality, a good sense of humor, and a propensity to smile.

This position offers hourly pay with bonuses.
