Designer with Webflow Experience

Location: Remote, shift to overlap with 11AM - 7PM PST

We are Modern Marketing. We’re seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer with expertise in website design and development to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs while managing web projects across platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Act as the lead designer for all creative projects, including branding, email campaigns, marketing materials, and other design initiatives.
Web Development: Design, build, and manage websites on platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify, ensuring high performance and user-centric functionality.
Project Management: Maintain a task list with daily updates in a project management system, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and align with the company’s goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to create cohesive and effective designs that meet project objectives.
Creative Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our projects.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing materials creation.
Expertise in website design and development using Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and web development projects.

Preferred Skills:

Branding, Responsive Website Design and Marketing Materials Expert.
Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
