**Job Description:**
We are a 7-figure company seeking Virtual Assistants to source profitable product leads for Amazon. This is a flexible, performance-based role with unlimited earning potential. This Job post is ideal for Va's who have experience and are currently employed and require flexibility and extra pay.

**Note:** No experience? No problem! We provide free training to help you learn how to source profitable leads. Once you’ve mastered the skill and we start purchasing the leads you find, you’ll earn pay per lead.

**Key Details:**
- **Pay:** $5 per approved lead.
- **Work Hours:** Flexible—work whenever you want, as many hours as you prefer.

- **Process:**
- Provide 3 sample leads before being added to our server.
- Our Head of Operations will review the leads.
- You will be paid $5 for each lead we purchase from your samples.
- If a lead is denied, we will provide the reason for training purposes.
- Once approved, you will be added to our server to post additional leads.

**What You Need to Know:**
- We accept **all applicants** and start you immediately after reviewing your sample leads.
- **Leads from lead lists will not be tolerated.** We are part of all major lead lists and can verify lead sources. If caught, you will be banned from our server and any future opportunities with us.
