Position Overview:
As the UGC Outreach & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building lasting relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and brands. You will lead efforts to pitch our UGC creation and marketing services to potential clients, drive collaborations, and ensure smooth communication between content creators and our internal teams. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to our UGC offerings' growth and our campaigns' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Relationship Building
Identify and research UGC creators, influencers, and brands aligned with our client’s target audience.
Reach out to UGC creators and influencers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Manage relationships with creators, ensuring timely communication, collaboration, and positive experiences.
Develop and maintain a database of UGC creators, influencers, and potential brand partners.
Pitching & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute outreach strategies to pitch our UGC creation and marketing services to potential clients.
Tailor proposals to each client’s specific needs and goals, showcasing how UGC can enhance their marketing efforts.
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to align UGC strategies with client objectives.
Present UGC campaign ideas and creative concepts to prospective clients and negotiate terms.
Partnerships & Collaboration
Negotiate and secure UGC creation collaborations with influencers, content creators, and brands.
Build long-term partnerships that drive recurring business and amplify brand presence.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of UGC videos, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
Work with the content production team to align content creation schedules and project timelines with partnership goals.
Campaign Management & Reporting
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of UGC campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of UGC campaigns, providing clients with regular updates on campaign success and insights. Use data and feedback to optimize UGC campaigns and make recommendations for future partnerships.
