JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with proven results, data-driven insights, and the ability to drive growth across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute multi-brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Performance Marketing: Deliver measurable results across all channels; optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

Brand Management: Maintain unique brand identities while ensuring consistency and excellence.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics and dashboards for real-time insights to refine strategies.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.

Budget & ROI: Efficiently manage budgets and resources to maximize returns.

Cross-functional collaboration: Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams.
