The Journey You’ll Embark On:
This isn’t just another VA role. By joining EditFlow, you’ll become an essential part of our leadership team, helping us manage client relationships, streamline internal operations, and keep everything running smoothly.

Your Role Will Evolve:
1. In your first month, you’ll go through a trial period to get a feel for our workflows, communication style, and team culture. We’ll work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and help you understand our clients and processes.
2. After a successful trial, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit long-term—at least one year. We don’t want short-term fixes; we want a team member who will grow with us and play a key role in EditFlow’s success.
3. Over time, you’ll gain deeper insights into the agency’s workings, refine processes, and help us scale by taking ownership of crucial tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Management & Communication: Be the polished professional face of EditFlow, ensuring our clients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Inbox Management: Keep our inboxes under control, responding to inquiries, organizing priorities, and ensuring we never miss a beat.
- Team Liaison: Build a seamless communication flow between us and our team, helping us stay focused on strategy while ensuring execution remains smooth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in creative or client-facing industries.
- Long-Term Commitment: We’re not looking for short-term solutions. This is a role where you’ll become part of the EditFlow family for at least a year, ideally much longer.
- Proactive & Organized: Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
- Team Player: You’ll be working closely with us and the rest of our amazing team, so communication and collaboration are key.
