Real Estate Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate lead generation and cold caller. Needs to be fluent in english and have experience with dialer softwares, pulling lists of distressed properties from propstream or other similar softwares, and creating/ maintaining the crm to keep track of all calls.

VERY IMPORTANT: *Kindly include an audio recording from previous real estate cold calls. If you do not submit any of this, your application will not be considered.

This is a salary position plus commission. Pay up to $800/ month and $1,000 for every deal that we close on. Minimum quota required to be met every week in order to maintain the monthly pay. HUGE opportunity to make a lot of money if you think you can identify and provide us with good leads, that is why experience is a MUST. No wholeselling and finding end buyers required on your end. We have construction crews in house, so we are the end buyers and you will receive the $1,000 when we close and buy the property - no need to wait for months. Payment every week by Sunday.
