JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire our 3rd Virtual Assistant! You will be working four days per week and will work closely with the business owner, who is amazing, patient, and values his employees. We are a dog training and boarding company in Utah for over 16 years. This position is stable, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of helpful and supportive people.

We need help with various office tasks including:

-Answering customer calls and booking their reservations in the software we use called gingr.
-Answering calls from leads who have questions about our training programs, daycare, and boarding services.
-Respond to emails and text using our communication lines.

-Content Creation: Photo/video editing for social media posts, flyers, online course, etc.
-Email Marketing: Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp: Create and schedule email newsletters.
-Data entry on various software platforms (monday.com, go high level, google drive, and others).
-Social Media Management: Proficiency in creating, scheduling, and analyzing content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
-PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Experience managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other platforms.
-Data Analysis: Ability to interpret metrics like CTR, bounce rate, conversion rate, and ROI from tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platforms.
-A/B Testing: Knowledge of running and analyzing tests for optimizing campaigns.
-Familiarity of Automation Tools: GoHighLevel, Monday.com, Zapier, are a bonus.


We are looking for someone who will be up to the challenge of learning new skills and experimenting with new tasks regularly. We are always growing and evolving, so we need someone who is flexible and won't be frustrated by new tasks being added each week.

CRITICAL NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
-Creative talent to bring great ideas and strategy to our social media posts
-Good video editing skills
-Good time management skills
-A great internet connection (we'll have you in a video call most of the day so you can work with our office team virtually during your shift)
-A very high level of English speaking so you can understand and communicate effectively with our customers.

SCHEDULE IS IN MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME (MDT)
-Saturday 7 AM - 5 PM
-Sunday - OFF
-Monday - OFF
-Tuesday - ON CALL
-Wednesday - 7 AM - 5 PM
-Thursday - 7 AM - 5 PM
-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM

RATE:
•Starting rate is $5.50 per hour, which will increase to $7 if you pass the three-month probationary period.
•1 Guaranteed raise per year.


APPLICANT MUST HAVES:
• Quick on your feet, initiative, and proactive.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to switch schedules if needed
• Laptop or desktop computer with dual monitor.
• Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent or higher
• Internet speed above 50 Mbps
• Quiet working space
• Backup internet and UPS
