We’re seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis to create stunning, user-friendly designs and landing pages that help our clients grow.

Position Overview
As a Web Designer, you will play a key role in designing websites and landing pages that balance aesthetics and functionality. You’ll focus on UI/UX design, creating responsive, mobile-friendly designs in Figma, and, as a bonus, building those designs into WordPress (Elementor) or GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design:

Create intuitive, visually appealing website designs and prototypes in Figma.
Develop designs that balance user experience with client goals and branding.
Typography & Design Systems:

Establish and maintain typography systems, ensuring consistency and readability.
Ensure all designs adhere to best practices for both desktop and mobile responsiveness.
Website Development (Bonus):

Translate designs into functional landing pages using WordPress (Elementor) or GoHighLevel.
Optimize landing pages for speed, functionality, and SEO.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, developers, and clients to ensure designs align with project goals.
Implement feedback to refine and enhance designs.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, including prototyping and wireframing.
Strong understanding of typography systems and design principles.
Experience designing mobile-first, responsive websites.
Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor) or GoHighLevel for building landing pages.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, including user flow, accessibility, and usability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing responsive website designs and, if possible, completed WordPress/GoHighLevel projects.
Compensation and Commitment
This is an hourly contract position, with competitive rates based on experience.
Estimated commitment: 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project needs.
