Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing, graphic design, and have a strong understanding of social media management. This role will involve coordinating the needs of buyers and sellers, assisting with transaction details, and working with various vendors for repairs and inspections. For the Broker/Owner
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies, including graphic design for advertisements and promotional materials.
Manage and create engaging social media posts across various platforms.
Coordinate the needs of buyers and sellers, ensuring clear communication throughout the transaction process.
Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and inspections, maintaining records and schedules.
Create professional presentations using Keynote and other tools.
Schedule and organize meetings with real estate agents, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Keynote & powerpoint
Strong social media skills and understanding of different platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and tea
Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
