As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) to help us design, develop, and scale innovative features. This role will focus primarily on backend development while supporting the frontend team as needed.

What You’ll Do
-Backend Development & Architecture
-Design, build, and maintain Node.js cloud functions in GCP using Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and ESPv2 API Proxy.
-Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend services.
-Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
-Manage and improve integrations with AWS services (S3, Lambda).

AI-Powered Feature Development (Highly Preferred)
-Build AI-driven features using OpenAI APIs, Google Vision AI, and Gemini.
-Create intelligent automation and data analysis tools tailored for home inspection workflows.
-Frontend Development (As Needed)
-Collaborate with the frontend team to support integrations and deliver cross-platform features using Angular, Ionic, and Capacitor.

Infrastructure & DevOps
-Maintain and enhance CI/CD processes across development environments.
Implement robust logging and monitoring solutions using Sentry.
-Collaboration & Workflow
-Work within GitHub Projects and Trello for task and release management.
-Participate in code reviews, mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and engage in cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience
-Backend (Primary Focus)
-5+ years of experience with Node.js in cloud-based, serverless architectures.
-Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
-Firestore (NoSQL database)
-Firebase Authentication
-Cloud Functions
-ESPv2 API Proxy
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions.
-Solid background in API development (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).
-Integration experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda).
-Deep understanding of security best practices in serverless environments.
-AI & Machine Learning (Highly Preferred)
-Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Google Vision AI, or Gemini.
-Ability to build AI-powered automation and predictive analytics.
-Frontend (Secondary, Nice to Have)
-Experience with Angular, Ionic, and Capacitor for web and mobile development.

DevOps & Tools
-Familiarity with Sentry or similar error-logging tools.
-Strong understanding of Git workflows and best practices.
-Comfortable using GitHub Projects and Trello for task management.
