Position: Agency Accounts Advertising Manager
Location: Remote

We’re a rapidly growing U.S.-based advertising agency that works with large home services companies. As a small but driven team, we’re looking for a motivated, adaptable, and skilled individual to join us as an Agency Accounts Advertising Manager. This role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a performance-based compensation structure, allowing you to shape your workload and earnings.


About the Role:

As an Agency Accounts Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring the success of each campaign, and crafting new ad content using provided footage. You’ll create engaging ads by adding text and voiceovers, using tools like Capcut and Canva. Our main advertising channels are YouTube and Google, and while prior online advertising experience is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. We’re ready to train the right person with a strong track record of tackling complex tasks, problem-solving, and continuous learning.


Day To Day Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor the status and performance of assigned client accounts.
• Develop ad content using existing footage, adding text and voiceovers etc.
• Utilize Google Ads, Capcut, and Canva for ad creation and management.
• Track Youtube campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Communicate effectively with our client manager to understand their needs and goals.


What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Prior experience in advertising or client account management is a plus, but not required.
• Adaptability: Must be quick to learn new tools and methods.
• Drive: We value individuals who are internally motivated, with a desire to work hard and achieve excellent results.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You’ll be working on diverse and sometimes complex tasks, so we need someone who can think critically and find solutions.


Compensation and Growth Opportunities
• Yearly compensation ranges from $28,000 to $46,000, depending on the number of clients managed.
• This role allows for scalable income based on workload preference. Manage more clients to maximize earnings, or take on a lighter workload if you prefer.
• Our top-performing account managers are currently handling up to 32 clients and earning at the top of the pay scale.
