Whom do we search for?
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Manager to handle daily customer
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce.
Exceptional written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar customer support platforms.
Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer
Resolve inquiries regarding orders, products, shipping, and returns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with other tea
Identify and escalate potential issues to management when needed.
Look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and optimize support processes.
