As we expand our operations on Amazon, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience managing health accounts. We are looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant who possesses specialized experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, particularly within the health and wellness field. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Amazon’s policies, best practices for health-related, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:
Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts to enhance product visibility and profitability.
Monitor account health metrics including Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, and Customer Service Performance, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s standards.
Respond to performance notifications, resolve issues, and maintain account suspension free status.
Product Listing and Optimization:
Create, edit, and optimize product listings with a focus on health-related items, ensuring compliance with FDA and Amazon regulations.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product rankings and visibility.
Update content and images based on seasonal demands, promotional strategies, and trends in the health market.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and placements, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of health products.
Implement strategies for inventory optimization to reduce excess stock and stockouts.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding health products swiftly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Use CRM and ticketing systems to document interactions and resolutions.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and customer feedback; analyze the data to inform decisions.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the health sector, reporting insights to the management team.
Marketing and Promotions:
Assist in planning and executing Amazon advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
Coordinate promotions, deals, and bundles for health products while ensuring conforming to Amazon policies.
Compliance and Research:
Stay up to date on industry regulations pertinent to health products on Amazon and uphold compliance standards.
Conduct research related to new health products and market demands to propose new offerings.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, specifically with managing health accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledge of the health product market and related compliance regulations.
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, listing optimization, and account management strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Suite, and various Amazon tools and software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Previous experience in customer service or sales within the health industry.
MUST be willing to work in EST time zone and comfortable using a time tracker.
