-Follow workflows and exceed performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Willing to work during the weekends and holidays in CST.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, customer-first approach under pressure.

Bonus: Experience with scheduling or client systems like AxisCare.
